Ladies and gents, your special coffee tasting experience is here - three amazing coffees in one box! Yes, yes indeed - we call this magical box a 3Σ. 

Each coffee pack contains 100 grams of delicious coffee beans. In this edition, we have included specialty coffee from one farm – Sao Silvestre – in all three ranges.

This is a very special project for us. For the first time, we are having all 3 ranges from one single farm. And not just any farm! From our long-term partners – Sao Silvestre. This farm is a family-run business with a core value for specialty coffee and this value is represented not only in their products or business but also runs in their philosophy of everything they do or believe in. And this is what we saw and felt when we visited them in December 2019. No wonder they are multiple finalists and winners of the Cup of Excellence (this is actually where our roastmaster Mārtiņš Drungils met them when he was a judge in Brazil COE in 2017) and other prestigious competitions. They are very nice people, super friendly and very helpful. We believe that our friendship is based on similar values. Like us, they are always pushing boundaries towards quality and reaching new horizons.

This year we took our relationship to the next level and launched a project – a set of 3 coffees.
To represent the beauty and diversity of what one farm can produce, we offer to every coffee lover:

Silver range. The very traditional way of processing coffee in Brazil with classical taste notes. This is the coffee you can choose as a daily cup or to have on a side with a desert.

Golden range. The coffee you want to enjoy on its own, diving into the details. Although natural processed coffees are most common in Brazil this one is done differently by letting the beans ferment in big tanks before drying them in the open sun. And to have more control over the processing they are constantly measuring and keeping records for analyzing the whole process.

Ruby range. The coffee we would recommend as a championship coffee. CRYO method – where the anaerobic fermenting process is extended up to 288 hours with a controlled cold environment. This is a very complicated process and it is done in tiny lots hence we are super happy to get it and share it with you. This is the perfect coffee you want to treat yourself with and share with your best buddies.

This set is like representing the whole idea of Specialty coffee in one box: traceability, direct relationship, fair price, passion, coffee community, diversity of the taste of coffee, quality, sustainability.
And the best part – this set is from Brazil. The country where coffee was unfortunately overlooked and undervalued for a long time as a place of low quality, basic taste, very traditional like coffees. But when we visited Brazil in 2017, our thoughts changed as we tasted so many diverse and amazing coffees, met the farmers, and saw their farms.

This origin has a lot to offer and we are very pleased to welcome you to the journey of exploring not only the largest coffee producing country in the world but also taste one of the best coffees!
